Effective date: July 31, 2026
These Terms govern your use of stribe.dental and your purchase of Stribe products, online courses, and live-event registrations from STRIBE HOLDINGS INC (“Stribe,” “we”). By using the site or placing an order you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Refund & Cancellation Policy, and Shipping Policy. If separate terms are presented for a specific event or product (for example, live-event registration terms), those specific terms take precedence over these Terms for that event or product to the extent of any conflict.
1. Who may purchase. Our courses and events are professional education intended for dental professionals and their teams. You must be at least 18 and able to form a binding contract. We do not verify licensure, and course access does not represent or confer any license or clinical qualification. Purchases are available to customers in the United States.
2. Accounts. Store checkout on stribe.dental and the Back to School member portal use separate accounts and sign-ins. You are responsible for the accuracy of your information and the security of your credentials for any account you hold with us. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with notice where practicable.
3. Physical products. Product descriptions and pricing may be corrected at any time before acceptance of an order. Risk of loss for physical products passes to you upon delivery. If your order does not arrive, contact us and we will investigate with the carrier and send a replacement or issue a refund as described in the Shipping Policy. Returns and refunds are governed by the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
4. Online courses. Course purchases grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to view the course content for the access period stated on the course page; if no period is stated, your access continues for as long as we offer the course on the platform. You may not record, download except where a download is provided, share credentials, redistribute, or use course materials to create competing materials.
5. Live events. Registration admits only the named attendee, with one seat per registration. Cancellations, refunds, transfers, event changes, and instructor or program substitutions are governed by the live-event section of the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
6. Payments. Prices are in US dollars unless stated otherwise. Payment is processed at checkout by our payment processors. Applicable taxes and shipping are shown at checkout.
7. Intellectual property. All site and course content, images, video, and the Stribe marks are owned by STRIBE HOLDINGS INC or its licensors. No rights are granted except the limited license in Section 4.
8. Acceptable use. You may not misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, scrape at scale, upload malicious code, infringe others’ rights, or use our services unlawfully. We may remove content and restrict access to protect the services and other customers.
9. Third-party services. Event registration, the member portal, payment, and sign-in providers are operated by third parties under their own terms. Links to third-party sites are provided for convenience and are not endorsements.
10. Educational disclaimer. Our content is professional education. It is not clinical, legal, or financial advice for a specific patient or practice, and outcomes vary. You remain solely responsible for your clinical decisions and compliance with the standards applicable to your practice.
11. Disclaimers and limitation of liability. Except as expressly stated, the services are provided “as is” and we disclaim implied warranties to the extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that purchase, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those jurisdictions these limits apply to the fullest extent permitted.
12. Governing law and disputes. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising from these Terms or a purchase will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Sacramento County, California, and both parties consent to their jurisdiction.
13. Changes. We may update these Terms; the version posted at the time of your purchase governs that purchase. We retain prior versions of these Terms. You may request the version applicable to your purchase by contacting us at contact@stribe.dental.
