We ship from the United States to addresses within the United States. Orders are processed within 2–3 business days (Monday–Friday, US Pacific time, excluding US holidays); you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking when your order ships. We ship via USPS and UPS ground services; shipping costs are shown at checkout.
If your address is entered incorrectly, contact us at contact@stribe.dental as soon as possible; we can correct addresses only before the order ships. If your parcel arrives damaged or does not arrive, contact us and we will investigate with the carrier and send a replacement or issue a refund.
